U.S. Housing Consultants can Assist you with your REAC Appeal Preparation and Provide "Walk-Along" Monitoring of REAC Inspections

U.S. Housing Consultants can assist owners and managers with preparation of REAC Appeals, creating an appeal package that includes photographs, documentation from engineers and other professionals to support erroneously recorded deficiencies. U.S. Housing Consultants will prepare the appeal, deliver to HUD REAC and follow up on all future correspondence with HUD REAC and your local HUD Office. U.S. Housing Consultants have assisted clients in improving scores significantly.

U.S. Housing Consultants can also provide a licensed inspector to walk along with you during your inspection and observe the inspector as he/she records deficiencies. U.S. Housing Consultants will make notes of the noted deficiencies, take photographs, and begin preparing an appeal immediately based upon any noted errors in the inspection.

U.S. Housing Consultants charges are based on preparation of an appeal for your REAC Inspection; additional charges may be warranted if consultation with engineers, architects, or other professionals is required. Services for walk-along monitoring of your REAC Inspection are performed at any hourly rate, plus travel expenses.
