I retired in 1989 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, as a Senior Asset Manager in the Washington, DC Multifamily Asset Management Branch. Since my retirement, I have provided consulting services to owners and management agents of HUD multifamily subsidized communities throughout the US. References will be provided upon request.
