Web Site Maintenance: 

At $30.00 per month/billed quarterly, we offer a service that includes up to 2 minor alterations to original web site per month, (scanning and custom graphics not included) and email consulting to help improve the effectiveness of your site. In addition, we will monitor the integrity of the website, in cases were there are problems with web page files on the ISP's server. A rate of $30/month is lower than any other page design service we could find. Because of the rapidly changing economy and markets you may be involved in, we strongly recommend this maintenance service so you'll be able to have your site immediately updated with just a phone call or e-mail. 

Minor change is defined as a combination five (5) type of changes, i.e., price changes, insert images provided by CLIENT, long text provided by CLIENT. We will provide you with a copy of the web site on a CD-ROM for emergency situations.

Consultations on using the Internet, your computer and related matters, with no maintenance Agreement - $30 per hour.

Images Scanned - $5 each, ½ in advance
Set up w/Internet Service Provider (ISP) - $30, ½ in advance

Custom Graphics - $30 per hour, $30 in advance

SEARCH ENGINE REGISTRATIONS: Think about what you did the first time you logged on to the internet - you went straight to a search engine and entered a key word. There are hundreds of search engines now, but only about 10 are heavily used. We'll make sure your site address is registered with each of these search engines, in the most appropriate categories. This registration service is vital to the success of your page, and is also included in the overall cost.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION: If you want to register a unique 'Domain Name' for your business, you'll need to do so through 'Networks Solutions', an organization that oversees internet domain names, or other companies. An example of a domain name is http://www.ibm.com. The 'ibm.com' name has been registered and no one else can use it as long as IBM continues to pay the annual fee. Networks Solutions, charges newly registered domain names an annual or semi-annual fee. Your service provider (ours is Town Square Internet) will then charge you a one-time setup fee to configure your space on their server. This process can be confusing for a new person, so we included consulting in the overall cost so you can get this done quickly and painlessly. We'll make sure you have the correct phone numbers and internet addresses, and that you complete the application forms correctly. If you choose not to register a unique domain name, you can simply use the address your current provider has supplied. Either way, we'll help you get it done correctly.

WEB HOSTING SERVICE: You can either use your free web space provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), which has certain limitations on how and what you can display on your web site, or pay a monthly fee to an ISP, which gives you more options when your web site is hosted by another ISP.
